Good Candidates for an Elective Procedure
- Healthy individuals who do not have a life-threatening illness or medical conditions that can impair healing
- Non-Smokers (for Abdominoplasty, Facelifts, Mastopexy, Breast Reduction, Brachioplasty and Thigh lifts)
- Patient BMI (Body Mass Index) at 32 or below (ratio of height and weight)
- Has not been advised to use a CPAP machine
Financing Options
Due to the many variables that go into surgery, the price of your surgical procedure is discussed after Dr. Zoellner has reviewed your case during a private consultation. The consultation cost is $100. If you choose to have your procedure within six months of the consultation, we will apply the consultation fee to your total procedure cost. Services may be paid for via cash, check, all major credit cards, or CareCredit. We also coordinate financing through a third-party financing company called Prosper Healthcare Lending. Once your loan is approved, we can schedule your procedure.

CosmetAssure Insurance
Even though rare, every surgery carries the risk of a complication, including elective aesthetic surgery. For 20 years, CosmetAssure has been helping plastic surgery patients avoid the financial burden of unexpected post-surgery complications.
Every IV Sedation patient of Dr. Zoellner is covered by CosmetAssure insurance. If a patient develops a Covered Complication within 45 days of the original elective procedure and seeks treatment at an accredited facility, CosmetAssure will pay usual and customary medical expenses incurred by the patient up to the applicable maximum limits.

During your 1 to 1 1⁄2 hour consultation be prepared to discuss:

Scheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to the staff of Pinehurst Plastic Surgery Specialists and Dr. Steven M Zoellner. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you! We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, and we ask that you respect Dr. Zoellner’s time and scheduling policies.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time for other patients to see Dr. Zoeline and the staff.
We confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance through a phone call, email, or text message. We do this because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks or months ago.
“NO SHOW POLICY”
Since the appointment is reserved for you specifically at Pinehurst Plastic Surgery Specialists, a “NO SHOW” fee will apply. If you “NO SHOW” your consultation we will charge you the $100 consultation fee to re-schedule prior to your next appointment.
If you “NO SHOW” an injectable appointment, we will charge a fee to reschedule your new appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive 15 minutes late or more for your appointment without prior notification, we will need to reschedule. If we receive notification, depending on how late you are, your consultation or injectable treatment may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Out of respect and consideration for Dr. Zoellners time and other patients, please try to plan accordingly and be on time.
